New purchases carry a limited warranty against all workmanship and factory defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover any loss or problems caused by accidental or intentional damage, abuse or abnormal wear.

Sartor Hamann takes your jewelry care very seriously. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance for all of your fine jewelry which would cover loss, theft, damage, mysterious disappearance or things which might happen during the course of normal wear and tear. Sartor Hamann will provide you with a fully documented insurance appraisal for this purpose.

We also recommend that you bring your jewelry in every 6 months for inspection and cleaning. Our highly skilled and talented jewelers can take care of any repairs or adjustments that might need to be attended to at that time. And of course, we want your jewelry to be always looking its best!
